In this session, we will discuss the importance of high-quality data and how data can be used to create a program culture of inquiry, reflection, and continuous quality improvement. We will explore how the use of reflective dialogues guide staff in making data informed decisions for curriculum implementation, individualizing learning opportunities and communicating about children's progress toward school readiness goals.
