We are excited to offer this professional development opportunity designed by The National Center on Early Childhood Quality Assurance (ECQA Center) to strengthen provider’s foundational knowledge of sound fiscal management and business operations. Program directors, administrators, family child care providers and others interested in this area of focus are welcome to attend the series or independent sessions.

SESSION 2: August 19, 2020 (6:30 – 8:30 PM)
Financial Reports and Internal Controls
Introduction to financial reports and internal controls which may strengthen program’s fiscal health.
SESSION 3: September 2, 2020 (6:30 – 8:30 PM)
Marketing for Child Care Programs
Take a deeper look at marketing efforts of the program and identify strategies to achieve greater success, become more cost effective and use time more efficiently.
SESSION 4: September 16, 2020 (6:30 – 8:30 PM)
Staff Recruitment and Retention
Learn best practices related to recruiting, interviewing and hiring new employees including the components of an effective orientation plan.
Registration is required for all participants and is $10.00 per session.
